The only solution that worked for me, was download an old version of MacOS, Big Sur for example. For the best results, macOS Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura & higher is. First you should update all the apps from appstore, if after that you still can’t update to morterey try to search morterey in app store, there should be a sign you can click to update it. I mean, I don't want to be responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Martian colonists, but at this rate, I don't see how my colonists are going to survive much longer. My little colonists are probably huddled in their domes, shivering and starving, wondering why their so-called commander abandoned them.
